We found room and bed...

Disliked: lm 75 and being on second floor needed to use lift but were never able to as the doors weren’t shut when people got out of it on another floor

A shocker. Worst hotel that...

Liked: Food was ok. Conference room quite good.
Disliked: Room wasn't serviced. Aircon kept faulting out after 5-10 minutes. Reset by turning off at wall. Fridge had failed and full of water. Front desk advised but no staff came near the roon at all during our stay. Room was very stuffy and hot at night. Shower curtain about 2pcm too short so bathroom flooded when showering and stayed wet and slippery.
