Liked: Spa bath was a hit and it self cleaned which was awesome, location to the city was perfect too.
Disliked: Rooms could be slightly bigger but were fine for a short stay.

Liked: Great central location, close to cafes and restaurants and the ocean walkway
Disliked: The room had a great view of the ocean but the sun made the room uncomfortably hot. The aircon was very slow/old and took hours to cool the room off.It would be better if the drapes could be kept closed so the room is not so hot when guests arrive.The bed was also quite hard.

Liked: We were able to leave and only get charged for 1 night even though we had booked for 3 as we got accommodation with friends elsewhere
Disliked: Was disappointed in the overall short stay. Had 3 key cards and struggled to get all 3 to work. When we checked out as we only stayed for a total of 2hrs and got accommodation elsewhere, there was someone else complaining of their card also not working. The restaurant and bar onsite were closed and we had no air con in our room even though advertised. Bed was very small, tissue box falling off the wall in the bathroom and toilet seat when up was in a very unusual position that makes you feel you would break it. Overall dissapointed in the price for what we got considering its a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't come back to stay there as I've stayed at the Flamingo Motel and also Brougham Heights which were far superior and cheaper.
