Disappointing

Liked: Handy. Lots of parking.
Disliked: Room stunk, needed a good clean and update. Breakfast was not as impressive as previously experienced. We went to breakfast about 8.30, no cutlery , no glasses, no bowls. Staff at breakfast seemed disinterested. If we had got there just before buffet closed, I would have understood. It's time to try somewhere else. Did not think value for money. In saying that I have stayed there about 4 times, but last stay, things are sliding. Counter staff where very friendly

Great venue, and excellent food...

Liked: Had dinner at the Japanese restaurant and the service was excellent staff member was so helpful and friendly so not only was the meal excellent topped off with outstanding service from the waiter.
Disliked: The pool wasnt warm enought

Disliked: The buffet breakfast was abit of a shambles the last morning we had. Everything was ran out people waiting around so we ended up just leaving and going out for breakfast

Was a great stay over...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed going up and picking there own breakfast
Disliked: Just that one of the beds had a broken leg so we made sure to not to knock it

Awesome stay

Liked: Breakfast buffet is the best
Disliked: Only thing I would say is the pool needs to be abit more heated especially in these winter months for the kids but the jacuzzi makes up for it
