Liked: Good location for where we were wanting to be
Disliked: Nothing in particular

Superb

Good option for family for...

Liked: Great sized family room with 2 x Queen and 1 x Single beds. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the property was not great in the main areas and the presentation of the outside of the building didn't give a great feeling when pulling in to the car park. Dirty carpets on the stairs.

Disappointing

Liked: Central to shopping essentials and motorways
Disliked: Run down, tired, no sky in rooms

Liked: Dining was convenient within complex
Disliked: Unfortunately I had to switch from the room on the ground floor in the main hotel area. Room was smelly, old and shower did not work. I would have checked out and gone somewhere but the staff sorted me a better room in the complex opposite the hotel where I had previously stayed and enjoyed. It was an excellent room

Tidy, comfortable plenty of space...

Liked: Even though the property looks old on the outside and main hallways the rooms are actually amazing size wise and very clean I pre judged this place and wish I didn’t the staff are what makes this place shine they are amazing!!!
Disliked: The only downer was the internet and that the rooms have smart tvs but you can’t use Netflix and Disney etc

Comfortable and friendly, Would use...

Liked: Close to town and amenities. A LA carte breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Decor and fittings somewhat dated. The ability to connect my personal device for streaming services to my in room TV would have been good, it is something many other hotels use, and would also mean you could save money providing SKY TV channels to rooms.
