Pure excellence thank you for...

Liked: A fabulous stay, the room had everything we needed and was big and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly, beds super comfy, the gym here is excellent and has both a ski erg and a TRX hook. The kitchenette and washing machine were very helpful to us. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great hotel but...

Liked: Great location. Very friendly staff
Disliked: Having paid around $250 for a night, they then charged me $27 for parking. I think this is the first hotel in NZ that has charged for parking when staying the night… my previous experiences have been that hotel parking for guests is included. It’s annoyed me enough that I may well not use the hotel again.

Nice hotel with good service.

Liked: Nice central hotel. The breakfast buffet was small but good. The gym was great for a hotel gym and even had barbells and concept 2 rowers and a ski erg. Our 1 bedroom unit was spacious. The complimentary chocolate was great!
Disliked: The bedroom didn’t have a window (but the living room did), so there was no natural light there. The carpet seemed worn in the hallway in level 4.
