Liked: Bed was comfortable, great sized room and tastefully decorated. Evening meal in the in house restaurant was good

Liked: Stayed with the family. Kids loved having their own rooms and the LEDs in the bathroom. Washing machine and dryer were a godsend and the Brekky was good! Front reception staff were always lovely!
Disliked: Parking price wasn’t displayed on booking and a little expensive but that could be the norm for this city? $27/night

Liked: We have stayed multiple times and is our go to in Dunedin.
Disliked: The bed felt not as comfy and has wear or sag. Not what we have experienced in the past.

Liked: The rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The service was iffy and the staff generally unhelpful. While the rooms are good, for the price, there are better options available in Dunedin if you prefer kind, thoughtful engaging service.
