Liked: Very clean, lovely staff. The room was fabulous. Absolutely appreciated the car parking right outside of our room - super easy as we had to under two. The front of Staff also explained where our room was really well. The room was gorgeous fabulous shower. Enjoyed every minute. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will Absolutely stay here again

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast and guy that checked us out. He was lovely.
Disliked: The guy at the service desk, when we arrived, said we were dodgy. the credit card wouldn't work. I showed him my ID. Eventually, I used my other card because he didn't look like he was going to let us stay. When he handed our keys to us, he was shaking and had BO! Won't stay there again.

Disliked: I booked due to there being an onsite restaurant. The restaurant was closed due to low occupancy, but I would see this as something that should be open, if advertised as a facility?

Liked: Staff were lovely, kids ate breakfast for free which was excellent money savings..pool was open , outdoor.
Disliked: Spa pool wasn't working

Liked: Location was perfect! Walking distance to The Square which was great for the ANZAC Dawn Service
Disliked: Downstairs unit would have been better as I struggled with stairs
