Value for money, great location

Liked: The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staffs (Jah and the Japanese manager) were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city and in walking distance to shopping area. Overall, we had a great stay and will return to stay here.
Disliked: However, the parking lot was charged overnight for 35NZD or you can park in the parking lot nearby at cheaper rate.

Liked: From the moment we arrived, and throughout our stay, we were treated as 'special guests'! The friendly, kind, and 'nothing is a problem' attitude by ALL staff was amazing. Every guest I observed was treated with the same kindness and respect.Our room was lovely. The 3 most important things we hope for in accommodation are a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with hot water and shower, and the cleanliness! We had all 3!! This hotel is in a great location to catch trams and to enjoy all that Christchurch has to offer.Breakfasts were included in our stay, and we opted to dine in their restaurant each evening, delicious menu, and so comfortable to relax and enjoy our food.Enjoyed everything!Highly recommend!
