Liked: The room was very nice, modern, and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Good value for the money...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the attendant kept everything stocked. We visited the bar and the bar tender was excellent. He took the time to explain what was in some of the drink options offered. Our room was clean. Overall a good value.
Disliked: The pillows on the beds were small. And where our room was located (near an exit), people kept going in and out during the night until well into the early hours of the morning. We heard the door open and close every time.

Liked: Decor and cleanliness and breakfast
Disliked: I liked the bed but was a little too firm for fiance.

I would recommend to stay...

Liked: Clean rooms and such a nice decor! Loved the hotel!
Disliked: Sound proof the floors. We were on the first floor and had a 10,000 step walker above us. I don’t know why or how someone walks between the bed and bathroom that many times at 7am.

Liked: Clean rooms, pleasant staff. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: No iron in the room, but one would be provided if we asked at the front desk.

It was a fine but...

Liked: I’ve stayed here three other nights and really like it here.
Disliked: The room (201) smelled like a greasy old man stayed there before me. Did not smell clean like the last three nights I’ve stayed here. I was super disappointed but too tired to worry about it. Would hate to see this place start going down hill. I’ll be in Bardstown often over the next 6 months and would like to stay here every time, but not if this happens again. The smell was disgusting and it seemed like the room was not cleaned very well either.
