Liked: i liked the cute princess room with the gold and blue and fireworks in the pictures.
Disliked: I felt the maids were rude, since they woke me up two days in a row while i was napping, even though I had the sign on the door. I was informed the door sign says they can enter the room whenever they want. Plus they left the laundry in the hall.

Disliked: We chose this hotel based on the boat service to downtown disney. The boat was out of service due to drought. This was not made clear when booking.

Liked: Close to Epcot
Disliked: No housekeeping for 3 nights. I stayed there 10 years ago. It appears to require some refreshing; cracked caulking, hot water handle on faucet fell off in my hand, latch lock for extra security broken.

Liked: The location was perfect! Beautiful, clean, and very nice. It was a huge resort!
Disliked: The buildings all look the same so its hard to find your room, but once you do its fine. It was almost perfect. They should have a bar that offers drinks while you are at the pool.

Liked: The themeing is great and it is easy to get around the Disney World bubble from this hotel. We especially love taking the boat to Disney Springs - it is a very unique form of transportation!
Disliked: This resort is very big, so you can very easily end up with a room far from the lobby and dining.
