Liked: There were plenty of options for restaurants and bars. Its a huge property so there was a lot of walking but the paths are well lit and had good signage.
Disliked: The rooms are basic. Not a ton of Disney charm but good for the cheaper rate.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful and room was nice.
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights and they NEVER came to clean our room. Trash was overflowing by Friday. We were gone each day for numerous hours so there was opportunity to come. Good thing we hung our towels as we never got new ones. Not what I expected of Disney.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and many restaurants to choose from.
Disliked: The property is huge and takes some time to get from the Casitas to the main building.

Liked: Excellent customer service, walking/jogging trail, great food at on site restaurants, and proximity to Disney parks and shopping.

Liked: -Easy access to all Disney parks. -Plenty of parking spots and well lit parking lots. -Large room and lots of space. -Room was very clean -Large shower with rain shower head -Room design and ascetic was amazing -No carpet in rooms, felt cleaner
Disliked: -It is a conference center, if a large group,there is not enough food locations to accommodate all guests (long waits for a table). -Mobile entry / access for parking and hotel door wasn't reliable. -Not a lot of outside and quiet areas to sit in shad
