Disney's Boardwalk Villas

Liked: Location, location, location - easy walk to Epcot and relatively short bus ride to all of the other parks. BoardWalk area also has a lot to do. Staff was very friendly and pool/playground was a big hit with my toddler.
Disliked: Rooms were average for the price but that was expected. Pool towels are also too small!

Disliked: When making the reservation I was promised a king bed and upon checking was told that only queen beds were available.

Liked: The theme and the location.
Disliked: No 24 hour room service. This is really important because often times we stay at the park until close and are very hungry by the time we get back. There is no food anywhere nearby after midnight.

Liked: The close proximity to Epcot and to the Boardwalk Restaurants. I also enjoyed the pool options. There was a larger pool with a bar/music for those who wanted a lively time and a smaller quiet pool. I liked the quiet pool and I was glad to have an option!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: location is good - close to Epcot with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lobby area is pretty and porches outside lobby for sitting were nice.
Disliked: The size of Boardwalk is a little overwhelming - it had the feel of a people factory more than anything else. Staff was friendly but efforts seem to be more on trying to keep things/people moving (understandable). Room was clean but showed signs of wear.

Liked: The villas were walkable to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything in the room was clean and new. We asked for one extra coffee and laundry detergent one day and the staff brought in a bagful!
Disliked: The price is exorbitant, but the staff and location make up for it.
