Liked: The animals!
Disliked: The hotel was really difficult to navigate. We had a hard time finding our way around and the staff didn't always have the best directions

Liked: We were upgraded to the vice-presidential suite with club service. The room was phenomenal! The service was superb! The staff is always so wonderful. Nothing compares to the Disney Resort experience.
Disliked: I was expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There was a laundry right across the hall which I thought we could use, but we didn''t have access to it because we were not DVC members. But that was a minor inconvenience and worth us getting the upgrade

l The lobby design and decor is beautiful, but the rooms are basic and don’t even come with blankets on the bed (two sheets and very thin cover). No room service, no easy coffee cart. No bottled water...
