Liked: Most of the staff members were very friendly. Shuttles were frequent and convenient.
Disliked: The room assigned to us was not the same previously assigned. The concierge said it was a mistake. He said the room he assigned is much closer. Not true! It was much farther away from the lobby and activities. Had to carry our luggage a very far distance.

Liked: Fair price and location plus bus services
Disliked: Food was redundant but Disney does a great job accomodating food allergies. Probably among the best I've seen anywhere

Liked: On Disney property with a Disney experience. Included parking.
Disliked: Cant get that price all the time.

Liked: Perfect room for what we needed (a place to sleep!) we crushed the parks til late and woke up early to get started all over again! Breakfast staff were so lovely, some more magical than cast members in the parks!
Disliked: Rooms on the parking lot side were a little noisy.

Liked: It was on Disney property
Disliked: The bed had black hair on the sheets. The walls were paper thin. They did not offer to help us bring bags to room and there were no blankets on bed just thin sheets
