Great reception staff. good facilities.

Liked: Reception were great! Very friendly and helpful. we were able to store our suitcases before check in which was very helpful. lots of cabin and camping options. liked that there are all amenities like showers, toilets and cooking spaces even for campers. We stayed in a 2br cabin which had all we needed in it. It was a good size. good size living space with comfortable lounge. good size kitchen table. kitchen had everything needed apart from kitchen scissors and pan could be bigger. good location, not too far from aiporport and CBD. Pool and games room were great for children. Cabin was reasonably clean inside.
Disliked: My son and I woke up with bites on us. They looked like bed bug bites. I checked the beds and seen possible marks on mattress from bed bugs but didn't see any bugs.We booked for 5 nights as a family of 6 and were given the usual 6 towels the first day but had to ask for fresh towels when needing clean ones. Some of the lights were blown and one in the kitchen kept flashing on and off. single bunks were very uncomfortable even for my youngest child. outdoor table hadn't been cleaned, it was very sticky from a few spills on it. Cabin was reasonably clean inside however it did appear that under the beds aren't vaccuumed after every stay as when I was checking for bugs it was a bit dirty and dusty under the bed.

Liked: Location as it’s close to CBD
Disliked: Cabin was old and not clean. Kids play ground was very old with rust formed and there was no slide. Not much to do for kids
