Liked: The pool and water splash area for the kids was great and we were upgraded to a safari tent
Disliked: The smoke alarm kept going off at 3 am both nights

Was ok but the smell...

Liked: Uncomlicated check. Nice outdoor area.
Disliked: When I entered the cabin it smelled after grease and fat. My first action was to clean the extractor hood. The smell afterwards got better by constantly opened windows with fresh air.

Peaceful and lovely with a...

Liked: The location was excellent, just a short uber to town and the festival. Felt like we were in our own world surrounded by nature, and even though it was incredibly busy it was so peaceful and quiet.Staff couldn’t do enough to help and were so friendly and kind.The cafe onsite was a very handy bonus!

Liked: We had a late check in - the text message with information on how to do so with lockbox access code was great.

Fantastic place to stay with...

Liked: Facilities were fantastic! Kids loved the water park and jumping pillow. Adults loved the cut cafe just near the entrance.
Disliked: Our couch was pretty old and dirty. I didn’t sit on it without butting a towel down first.

Comfortable with great park amenities

Liked: Comfy beds, park has great amenities and activities for kids, seemed well organized, cafe on site, lovely lagoons, kitchen was modern and had most things needed.
Disliked: Suggestions - really need better wifi simply to be able to watch the ‘smart tv’ without being interrupted by it failing from weak signal or network error; would be much better if there were a lamp (or dimmer switch) in the living area and bedrooms had bedside lamps. Otherwise pretty good stay.
