Liked: Nice, clean and big room. Very good bed and good shower.

Location was perfect for us...

Liked: Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The room was functional, meeting our needs, and the property is well maintained.
Disliked: Towels were of the older, small variety and the sheets were not cotton but they changed them over to cotton sheets and were very accommodating about it.

Liked: It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep in the beds. There were also many places near by to eat, and the aquarium was not too far from us. We also liked there was only a single level to the hotel.
Disliked: Things could have been a little cleaner, little stains here and there. I also had to pay a deposit upon arrival which wasn't an issue, I just had no idea about that until check in. Also most hotels offer HBO, Starz, something, and there was only basic channels. Especially when everyone is streaming now, that was very basic and needs to be updated. Also the housekeeper knocked on our door before 11 , again not an issue however we were already tidying up, be patient please. Also it has only been a day but it says online that is how long it takes to receive the deposit back and I have not. Hopefully this is resolved quickly as well.
