Reception staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious but the stay was spoilt as in the room above was a very rowdy group who thought it was fun to jump on the bed and run around the room shouting and screaming! We tried to ring reception but the phone didn't work so we went and asked them to go and have a word! It did calm down for a while but they continued to make a noise until at least 4am so we had very little sleep!

Budget hotel; BUT... room large; clean all through the hotel; good security; very helpful staff - interested in our stay. Only one fault - only one pillow per bed, and no spares, but then these may have been available had we asked. We would, and have, recommended this hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean - stairs and reception. Room was great - only one loose hinge on the bathroom door. Breakfast room was great - clean and good buffet food, just needed a little incidental music to give a little more atmosphere.

Very good

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, perfect location and the room was comfortable. Good value for money.
Disliked: The only downside was the bathtub was dirty with hair in but it didn't matter overly as we only stayed for a night. Everything else was clean.

Disliked: continential breakfast was limited to toast and many industrial food items packaged in plastic.

Great location for our needs...

Liked: Bathroom not cleaned properly, disposable contact lenses found on counter top
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast was shocking , very poor choice , would have complained if e had paid for it
