Excellent place to stay with...

Liked: Good location. Good shower. Everything is nearby. Good nice few minutes walk to fall. Halal food nearby. Must try 'Taste of Bombay' and 'pizza depot' for ecnomical food nearby hotel.
Disliked: They should put carpets in rooms instead of tile floor.

Good overnight experience.

Liked: Location, cleanness, The staff was very friendly and welcoming.A/C worked great. Complimentary coffee in the morning.
Disliked: It was not possible to open the windows for ventilation.

We be happy to stay...

Liked: For the price you pay, you really can’t complain. The Diplomat is a fabulous option in its range/category in the heart of Niagara. The rooms have been updated so everything is neat and tidy and does what you need. An easy location for walking to the centre shops, restaurants etc.
Disliked: The shower curtain seemed to let a bit of water spray out and onto the floor right near the door hinge, so with the entire room being tiled it could get a little slippery around the bathroom entrance after two people had showered

Disliked: exterior of the inn and the room doors are still work in progress... room door should be updated next for guests safety
