Liked: Very friendly .not bad next to a bar right down 5 min to springs very helpful staff

Liked: I've stayed here three to four times, every time I'm on my trip home down to Southwest Florida every time it's been great it's close to a lot of places to eat I'm just looking for a bed a bathroom and probably some AC and I've never had a problem at this place.

Poor

Liked: Convenient location to where we were visiting. Other reviews mentioned no wash rags or face towels, but there were plenty in our room.
Disliked: Lack of basic maintenance. Shower ceiling was peeling and falling. Light bulb out in the vanity light fixture. Holes in the wall above the toilet where a shelf must have been. A couple minutes with some spackle and a putty knife would solve that. Nightstand light was rusted and has a damaged light shade.

Disliked: It was 98 degrees outside and the room was 88 degrees, tried two rooms and the (window units) didn't blow cold air. The motel is in a not so nice area and didn't really feel safe.
