Liked: Perfectly designed villa style hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. Great location, 10 minutes by walk to Duomo, 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. However quiet and a little bit out of noisy tourists walks which we really appreciated. Everything is made with a great taste and attention to clients
Disliked: However we were really disappointed when man at the reception asked if we need help with our luggage - I was alone with 2 kids (girls) with 3 heavy suite-cases and I’m a woman.On my opinion the personnel at the hotel positioning itself as a high class place should not ask such questions, especially to a woman with 2 kids. Also on our check out the same man was not very pleasant with us, despite we were the only family who was leaving the hotel. It was really a very strange communication, which reflected our overall great experience of the hotel overall. The other day women at the reception were very attentive and ready to help with everything.

Disliked: I could be more conveniently located as it is a little walk from the centre but that was compensated for by the design, atmosphere and quiet.

Liked: I really like the decor of the villa which is an old renovated classic villa with modern furniture. It’s is new hotel and very clean and the staff were helpful. The coffee and croissants were so good.
Disliked: The location of my room was on the street so it’s noisy if you open the window.
