Exceptional

Liked: Great location for shopping, typical restaurants, sightseeing, etc. Great customer service.
Disliked: Room had a window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Interesting for a room for friends with two beds, but we made it work.

Liked: Good size clean room.
Disliked: Our room was also given to someone else and were woken by knocking on the door by a member of staff telling us we were in the wrong room even though they had allocated us the room. Member of staff left with no apology. We also had very noisy neighbours who banged doors and were very loud late at night and very early in the morning (obviously not the hotels fault)

Liked: The staff were amazing. Very friendly. My husband woke up sick on the day we were to check out. I asked about staying another night. We easily booked another night. When I asked about the location of an urgent care, they let me know there was one close by and we could take their shuttle if needed. They asked if he was feeling better when I checked us out. Would certainly stay again.
