Very good

Perfectly located hotel but noisy...

Liked: Perfect location, nice size of the room. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The hotel is located right next to a tram line and there was quite a lot of street noise. There are problems with water pressure in the shower

Exceptional

Liked: Great Hotel in the heart of the city. Next to tram stop, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Parties outside in the evening, but we could sleep without problem.

Liked: Perfect breakfast, very kind staff and the location is near everything you need!

A Good Value and Suprbly...

Liked: The location was excellent with a convenient tram line right next to the hotel. The Museumplein was within walking distance.The buffet breakfast was generous and more than adequate for a hotel of this level.
Disliked: We booked a lovely loft room in the older wing. A full height window opened onto Prinsengracht and the canal. The one disadvantage was 2 sets of stairs that we needed to lift the luggage up to. This is not for the frail and there is, apparently, no help from the staff.

Amazing first time in Amsterdam.

Liked: The location was amazing. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and the view of the city was awesome.
Disliked: My family and I loved everything. It’s an old property and that makes it unique.
