Liked: only location for now once tram will start it’s gonna be too noisy
Disliked: super bad shower and clogged drain . every single time you go out you have to give the key to reception , only one person there and not trained , time could be very long there

Liked: We stayed in a triple room which was a good size and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; I the heart of the city and only a short walk from all the must see areas.
Disliked: There was a lift but due to the quirky layout of the building, not all areas can be accessed from the lift. We were in the 4th floor and had to get off the lift on the 2nd floor and then walk up the stairs to get to our room. We didn’t mind this but it might bother some people.

Liked: The breakfast was SENSATIONAL - I have NEVER had such a great breakfast in a hotel. FRESHLY squeezed Orange Juice, excellent coffee, freshly made eggs and bacon, I can absolutely recommend it.The room was COMFORTABLY large and very well equipped.
Disliked: The location was maybe just a little TOO central. On the Saturday night there was SHOUTING down in the street until 3 or 4 in the morning. The other nights were fine.The hinges on the bathroom door could have used a drop of oil.

Liked: The room was VERY spacious and very clean. The housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room each day! It is also right across from the 12/2 tram spot, so it’s easy to get back and forth from the train station. Very centrally located, some great restaurants just around the corner!
Disliked: The only problem was the shower, the water temperature was hard to control. It would go from freezing cold to boiling hot without you touching the handle. Made it a little difficult to enjoy a shower.

Liked: The room was large and well appointed. We were amazed that we couldn’t hear the King’s Day celebrations on the street! Asif was the most helpful of hosts and assisted us with restaurant recommendations and suggestions intended to keep us safe.
Disliked: The construction going on in front of the hotel.
