Liked: The location, even though it’s outside it’s a prefect stay on a budget with close beach access
Disliked: The facilities and staff since it’s not hotel

Liked: It was comfortable and spacious
Disliked: When I arrived there was a sign on the reception door saying the reception was closed and you have to check in at a different address, so I had to walk with all my bags to this to check in which really wasn’t a nice arrival. There was no advance notice of this otherwise I would of got the Uber to the other address. Also the ceiling is really poorly sound proofed and I could hear all the foot steps from the room above which meant I slept really bad and it ruined the overall stay

Liked: We really enjoyed how close to the water! Lots of places to get coffee, chill, and eat. WORTH IT just because of that.
Disliked: Lots of Collage Kids!!!!! Lots of people walking around your windows if your on the side. Also the parking is only by luck and i tell you what. we somehow got lucky when we were there.

Liked: The parking was terrible, check in was at another property, waking up to old piping smell wasn’t pleasant.

Liked: Very good room service.
Disliked: 1-Microwave was working but not heating anything. 2-There was no Ice maker in the building.3- the phone in the room was a joke. It did not connect to anyone.

Disappointed, not the place we...

Liked: The location was terrific.
Disliked: The Hotel itself worn out. We had to check in at an adjacent hotel and it was not clear nor friendly how to get what we needed. For example we were a party of 4 - there were 3 forks, 3 cups. 3 plates. Altho the kitchen had a sink, microwave & stove top there wasn't a sponge or a tea towel. There was an outside space but it was communal and there was but one outdoor chair. Would not recommend nor go back.
