Great stay for young family

Liked: Our room far exceeded our expectations. Best family room (size and comfort) we have stayed in. Breakfast was perfect, plenty on offer.When we arrived to check in to the hotel, the staff had an ice cream cart out and everyone got free delicious ice cream. Lovely touch.
Disliked: Its such a shame there is no pool in this hotel. I feel its the only thing lacking to make it the perfect holiday. Although the beautiful beach is close by, i think the hotel would benefit so much by having a pool on site.

Disliked: When we arrived there was no one at desk reception empty at 18.50pmAfter a long wait finally a gentleman arrived he had no people skills and treated us to his care less attitude As if we were disturbing him by arriving to check in.All I can say about the bed is It was like sleeping on a rockIt was so hard We definitely will not be returning to this hotel
