Absolute nightmare.

Disliked: It was so dirty and sketchy we didn’t even stay. We immediately put the key in the return box and left. No way was I having my children stay there.

My stay was poor but...

Disliked: Air conditioner was loud. Door latch would stick and door was accidentally left unsecured for several hours. Shower was unclean/not maintainedStaff was rude and demanded $20 cash deposit for unknown reason otherwise they would write down my credit card information. I was unwilling to have my information unsecured. It was difficult to get $20 returned and required I go to the office between 9:00-10:00 pm to get deposit back. The office person (at first) was unaware of deposit until they called someone else.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The room wasn't ready upon our arrival

Very poor

Disliked: It's was not clean. We had to have them open the door for ice, and we was able to get clean towels.
