It was a good location...

Liked: It was in a good location. Staff appeared friendly They had evening entertainment which is nice.I guess out of season so extras like games room being used as a store cupboard which was disappointing for us.Good parking facilities Room largeUnfortunately this was not the holiday we had planned and booked last minute so not sure we would of booked here in normal circumstances so feedback hard as sadly we were not particularly impressed if being honest but again not our typical choice of hotel. Booked that evening after a holiday cottage had been double booked so it was a desperately attempt to salvage a holiday.I think if you did the coach holiday packages I'm sure you would have a better experience than us all the other guest appeared very happy. I think just not suited to us is all.
Disliked: We got separated in to two rooms Room not very clean possibly as last minute bookingBut just looked like beds had new linen and the rest of the rest of the room and bathroom had been forgotten General smell of hotel not great either unfortunately and far to hot.

Liked: Beautiful period property.The staff were excellent at their jobs and very friendly.
Disliked: A little rough around the edges but no real complaints.

Disliked: Was a bit of a trek to town, also was a bit complicated to get to our room.... not much to do in the daytime. .

Liked: Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Location Close to town.
Disliked: Little bit dated, but in a quirky nice way

Disappointing

Liked: When I book this appointment. It said that the place had a lift to floors. The One we had you had to go down some stairs then more stairs then after all that we were faced with even more staircase to the door where we were staying. It ruined my compleat holiday for the rest of the week.Never again Stopping there. My muscles (calf's) were killing me all week after that experience
