Lovely hotel; great value; pleasant staff and very helpful; close to all areas of interest.

Liked: Great service from staff - quick check in.
Disliked: Very thin walls in rooms - can hear everything next door.

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Fantastic staff!
Disliked: Decor a little bit tired but in the process of upgrading.

Great hotel - Surprising deposit...

Liked: Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Disliked: The £100 deposit was a surprise, and rather excessive. Got it back in full quickly. But this should be a clear bit of, pre booking, information.

Ideal accommodation for what we...

Disliked: Was told we could park car within the hotel car park but on the day was told just to park on street. Since then we have found out it was only free after 6 pm so hoping we do not get a fine.

Came too short for a...

Liked: We were on the underground floor but there was more or less enough light coming into the room. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The room was on the street side so pretty noisy, the facilities were not great, and it could have been cleaner.

Good Hotel apart from the...

Liked: Good value for your money. Room very clean and everything you need. Nice and helpful staff. The location was great for bus service into Glasgow.Would recommend
Disliked: Didn't like the £100 charge for I take it anything damaged, which is reinembursed up to 7 days, absolute nonsense. Not had to do that in any other hotel it's a liberty.
