Lovely hotel; great value; pleasant staff and very helpful; close to all areas of interest.

Liked: Great service from staff - quick check in.
Disliked: Very thin walls in rooms - can hear everything next door.

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Disliked: Decor a little bit tired but in the process of upgrading.

Great location, clean room but...

Liked: Good location, very clean room and nice place.
Disliked: Lack of reception staff. No one on the desk checking in and again when I was checking out. Not very welcoming to enter a hotel and no one is on the desk. Please employ more reception staff! Also the breakfast was below average. Cheap bread, cold scrambled eggs, cold beans, not very nice orange juice and coffee was weak. Defiantly not worth the money!
