Lovely hotel; great value; pleasant staff and very helpful; close to all areas of interest.

Liked: Great service from staff - quick check in.
Disliked: Very thin walls in rooms - can hear everything next door.

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Fantastic staff!
Disliked: Decor a little bit tired but in the process of upgrading.

Cute hotel, but false ad...

Liked: The rooms were nice and cosy. The area around it is nice with a few cute cafes.
Disliked: There’s no parking, and it states that there is on the ad. The on street parking has a 2 hour limit.

Calm and peaceful

Liked: I like the fact the employees are very helpful and polite.
Disliked: The room doesn't have a fridge or intercom. You have to go all the way down to the reception to contact them with whatever you need.

Exceptional staff with a great...

Liked: The property is situated in a busy suburb of Glasgow with a 10/15 minute stroll into the city centre. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier, with a very friendly warm welcome at reception with Rumy, Mohammed was exceptionally helpful in helping us to locate parking in the local area. The hotel is quiet, clean and warm. The room was spacious and well presented.The bathroom was very clean with an excellent rain fall shower ( one of the best I’ve tried)The area has lots of eateries and bars
Disliked: No complimentary water bottles in the room.
