Liked: Located close to Disney World and there were a lot of food choices close by.
Disliked: I found the hotel to be consistent with the cost. I knew I wasn't paying for an upgraded experience and I got exactly what I paid for.

Liked: The room was very clean, however, upon entering the bathroom there was water all over the floor and the toilet seat.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that there was no shower curtain. Just a half piece of glass that didnt slide to close. So if forced you to have to stand very close to the front of the shower under the shower head. Also the shower pressure was weak.

My family and I would...

Liked: My husband, 10 yr old son and myself stayed from Apr 5-17, 2024 to go to Disney World and Universal Studios. We arrived around midnight on Apr 5th and was greeted by a friendly staff member. We stayed in room 125 with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a fridge, microwave and lots of counter space. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots to choose from. Our room was always cleaned with fresh towels every day. We used the pool almost every afternoon. The hotel was very quiet, we slept really well every night. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants, gift shops and a grocery store. We would 100% stay here again.
Disliked: The room was outdated and had lots of visible renovations. But the staff's service and comfy beds definitely made up for that.

Disliked: The breakfast experience was disappointing. There was a lack of food options, and what was available was of poor quality. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive, failing to replenish the food promptly. While the rooms were spacious, they had a musty odor and were not well-maintained. It's difficult to understand how this establishment earned a 7.5 rating on Booking.com.
