very nice stay for the...

Liked: seemed to have had a good view. the elevator system was quick considering there were 6. check in and check out was quick.
Disliked: bed wasnt the most comfortable. bathroom has no vent in it, and ac was seemed odd with it being either really cold or too warm. i would say a little over priced for how dated a lot of things still are beside the lobby

Disliked: fire alarm went off and chaos. staff had no answers while we as hotel guests waiting in the lobby for hours to know if we need to evacuate

Liked: Every staff member we interact with was helpful and friendly. The staff at the Reel Bar was amazing. Shout out to Frankie at the bar. It was a busy weekend, but she handled it with class and professionalism. Front desk was great despite the crowds and busy weekend.
Disliked: Bed was too soft and sank in the middle.
