Disliked: Extremely overpriced; clean room only.

Disliked: I didnt like the fact that the hotel put almost $1000 worth of charges on my credit card and when i went to ask they couldnt explain what they were for, spent over 1 hour at the front desk friday night, was told to come back on saturday and speak to the manager. Went back saturday morning found out the manage i was supposed to talk to doesnt work on saturdays. Spent another hour there trying to sort through the charges and nothing. Gave up again. At check out they told me everything will balance out, dont worry. Now it is Thursday and the charges were adjusted. NOt totally sure how those charges were put on my card and what they were for.

Liked: The staff was incredible. We had quite a hard time in our travels to Detroit and on our welcome there we relaxed a lot. The bartender, Tony Ali, played a big role in our experience at this location.

Liked: Loved how your staff was so attentive! Front desk people were great! Marcus (close to his name) was so personal and absolutely one of the best Waiters we've ever had the pleasure of meeting!
We had a great view of the river! Thank you so much.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was overlooked by housekeeping. There was black grease streaks in it. I cleaned it of course.

The room was comfortable, restaurant...
Liked: I only purchased food for dinner and the selections were all very tempting! I decided to eat the chicken wings and the fries which were very good. I received my food in a timely fashion and the bar attendant was very welcoming. Thank you!
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the hotel charged my personal debit card for the hotel room and incidentals despite the room already having been paid in full through booking.com prior to our time of check-in. By this issue happening, my bank account went into the negative amount because of the $580 being removed immediately at the time of check-in.
