Superb

Liked: Cute little bungalow. Quiet place right by the ocean. Breakfast at the hotel which is rare for beach hotels.
Disliked: Would have enjoyed our stay better but my wife was ill during half our stay there. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It was very nice place.

Liked: Right by the Atlantic with great view. nice breakfast from 7 to 10. some of staff was friendly and helpful. parking was convenient and adequate.
Disliked: Garden room was not as clean as expected. furniture was old and unclean. Noisy with adjacent rooms and washing machine running at midnight. switched to hotel area room that had damp floor and moldy area following rainstorm.

Liked: I liked the location. The old home feel from the front of the building was cool. The beach was beautiful.
Disliked: The heat in the pool wasn't on the first 2 days.You couldn't open the closet door because the night stand blocked it. There was no window in the bedroom. The only window in the living room you could see through was in the door.

Liked: Location was great, oceanfront access. We had two king suites located next to the hotel in a B&B. The rooms were connected which was great for family. The courtyard next to the rooms was private and shaded. One room had a bigger kitchen with a range top and counter seating. The other had a bigger living room with an efficiency kitchen.
Disliked: Parking! There is a small parking lot in front of the rooms. If no parking available you have to park across the street, 4 lanes of traffic not ideal .
