Beautiful Location, But Major Letdowns

Liked: We really loved the people at the front desk they were friendly and welcoming. The location was beautiful, and the amenities had a lot of potential.
Disliked: Our stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. We also found spiders in our cabin, which was surprising for the price we paid. The exterior lights around the cabin were left on all night and the light seeped into the room, making it difficult to sleep.The restaurant experience was just as bad we sat for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledged us. No one brought us utensils, so we had to get up and grab them ourselves. Overall, it felt like there was very little care put into the guest experience.

Absolutely wonderful, comfortable, scenic and...

Liked: Amazing location, surrounded by mountains, trees and a beautiful river. The yurt was beyond expectations, with all amenities one could need. The grounds are extremely well maintained, and a cozy sitting area with hammock, chairs, flowers, cornhole and more is on a converted historic bridge overlooking the river. This was one of the most scenic and romantic accommodations we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
Disliked: We stayed in May when it was cooler, but unless they provide portable a/c for the yurts then it could get uncomfortably hot in the heat of summer.
