Disliked: No receptionist. Absolutely the poorest check-in website ever. Unprofessional designed website, nonexistent error trapping. Absolute bullshit

Liked: People in reception helped us regarding everything a lot ☺️ the location was not so close to the city center by walking becauce of hilly roads. But it is very close to public transport and the frequency of trams are so often. So it is easy to go to city center in 5 min.

Location is good.

Liked: Location is very close to tram stations and walkable to certain downtown areas! Staff were very friendly and helpful! One of the staff girl (forget her name) came out to show me exactly where and how to take a tram to surrounding the area.
Disliked: Rooms weren’t as shown in the pictures but excellent staff and service covered the part.

Great hotel in a nice...

Liked: Very nice designed room with comfortable beds and even a coffee and tea makers (products included). I loved the yoga mat in the room.
Disliked: There were a lot of constructions in the neighborhood so it good noisy at 7 AM. As I had to work, this wasn’t a problem, but during holidays it can be a bit annoying.

The hotel should provide clear...

Liked: Large room with big windows and colourful decor . Quick tram ride from the Station .
Disliked: No air conditioning. It was a hot night and having the windows open was a bit noisy .
