Absolutely incredible, amazing staff, and...

Liked: I think the service was absolutely unmatched, the staff was incredible and so kind! We were in a room initially that had a broken A/C and they IMMEDIATELY switched us to a different room just down the hallway. The text messaging to the front desk and room service is amazing, as we needed towels all I had to do was text and they were at our door within 15 minutes. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we even had complimentary ice cream delivered to us at the pool while we were out there! So amazing I will probably never stay anywhere else!

Nice location, friendly staff, wonderful...

Liked: Great suite with living room and separate bedroom. Lots of great amenities.
Disliked: The property is huge and our room was in a building far from the lobby. So whenever we got back to the hotel, we had to trek past several buildings and through our building to the elevator. In the heat and with groceries, that is a hard schlep and exhausting.

Liked: Really nice hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful on arrival. Bed was super comfy. Room was very spacious, short walk to the main strip.

Liked: the location was perfect. not on the strip but close enough walk to it. my kids loved having a pool table to play with at any time and loved hanging out in the pool.
Disliked: the ac was only in the living room of the room. my family and i came to stay during july and it was disgustingly hot in the room. my husband and i had to keep the ac as low as it can go but our kids ended up freezing in the living room.

Valuable family time a Desert...

Liked: It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were not very big, and there was a lack of hot water occasionally. Check-in and check out are super easy and smooth. The location is good and close to the Strip.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were not very big, and there was a lack of hot water occasionally. A ceiling fan in the master bedroom would be perfect.
