Desert Palms Hotel Suites

We’ve stayed here many times...

Liked: You cannot beat the location. We attended both Vidvom which was a short walk down the street and Disneyland, another short walk. Rooms are spacious and nice.
Disliked: One of two elevators was broken. I was told it has been broken for quite a while. The working elevator closed its doors quickly, not even allowing anyone to load. This lead to crowds in front of the elevator. It sometimes took a very long time to get where we were going.

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: The hotel was only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland which made it super easy to get to and from the park without having to drive. There is free breakfast provided every morning that has a good selection and the staff is very friendly. My groups main reason to stay was to go to Disneyland, and so this was a great choice for anyone that is able to walk. I definitely will stay here again in the future, both with friends or with kids.

Repeat stay in Desert Palms

Liked: It was a great stay. This is the second time I am staying with my family. Friendly staff . Breakfast is the same for all 3 mornings except different style of eggs. Comfortable and clean beds.
Disliked: Only breakfast is monotonous but overall bearable.

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, and the elevator was broken.

Liked: Close to Disneyland, free breakfast and close to convenience stores.

Disliked: They could be flexible with parking they had a lot of coned off spaces.

Disliked: One elevator out of order and the other one felt like it was about to malfunction. Parking fee is ridiculous
