Great Location, nice hotel, good...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and staff were very kind and professional. Great location and liked on same street as Disney. Liked the jacuzzi. Like table to eat in room.
Disliked: I didn't like our window right next to 7-11 and could here the camera speaker at night and the loud cars going by. A/C unit located in the back so harder to circulate the room. Didn't like how the parking fee wasn't clearly stated when booking. Rooms didn't have kleenex only toilet paper.

Great location but could use...

Liked: Great room setup with large bunk beds in separate room, good location close to parks, clean rooms, free breakfast (though food is not very good), convenient room service
Disliked: 2 elevators broken, room was stinky, floors were really hot, shower handle was almost falling off, didn’t like blankets

Best value for money hotel...

Liked: 1) Proximity - Very near to the Disneyland entrances. It’s about 8-10 min walk with kids 2) No fuss amenities - Good bed & decent bathroom, tea coffee kettle plus microwave plus fridge in room, basic breakfast which is included in the rates, room service restaurant at ground floor, shop in hotel and just outside. Just right for visitors who spend whole day in Disney and spend the night time till morning at the hotel. 3) Very good staff - helpful and welcoming. 4) 24/7 coffee or water self service station at lobby. 5) Toddler play area 6) Ample parking which is extra charge though (we did not use this), 7) Good value for money - did not find any hotel in this price offering above features. Besides that, even if you don’t compare, it’s totally worth it for the price you pay.
Disliked: Nothing much to mention, just some heads up - Ask for cups & plates in advance if you need more for your coffee n meals in the room. They don’t give glassware in room so be prepared to take something for heating liquids in microwave like milk for kids, if you prefer that way.

Overall, the stay was amazing...

Liked: The facility was wonderful and clean. The staff was excellent and accommodating.
Disliked: I was not a fan of not being able to take the breakfast to your room. I have a 4 year old with Autism and it is not easy trying to feed him in a area pack with so may people.

Liked: I liked the location and how close it is to Disneyland
Disliked: I found hair in the shower and the overall cleanliness didn’t feel great in the room. Dirty used towels were folded and placed back in the shelf. There was only 1 functioning elevator. My room was in a very far corner and was inconvenient being a solo mom traveling with a toddler. The beds and pillows are hard. A person was yelling from a balcony at my toddler and I which scared me because I arrived late at night and I thought I was being followed. Overall it wasn’t the best experience and felt underwhelmed.
