Exceptional

Liked: It was a short walk to the park. Stores and lots of food choices all with in walking distance. Nice big room.
Disliked: The pillows were flat and the bed was to hard for my daughter and her husband. They were firm but that how I like them

Liked: Breakfast was above and beyond and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Ice is hard to find.Paying for parking was not a perk.

Liked: I liked that I was close to different restaurants and stores. I like that we had a CVS and Walgreens right across the street. The restaurant on site had a variety of foods.
Disliked: Not all staff members were educated on hotel policies so to ask a question and get three different answers was upsetting

Would I return to this...

Liked: Friendly and attentive staff (from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff), loved how they made us feel welcomed.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking an additional $30 something per day. Heating unit was coming off the wall, allowing cold air in. For the price...one would expect better beds....got full size beds that were decent at best. Too much noise from outside traffic and no curtains to cover the bright lights coming through the blinds

Liked: The price was good, it wasn’t too far to walk to Disneyland. Breakfast could’ve been a bit better, and the situation with some elevators not going to the 2nd or 5th floors was a bit of a pain. Overall a good value.
Disliked: The pull out couch was very uncomfortable even for my kids. The room was difficult to regulate temperature so we either froze or were too warm. Especially the side room with the pull out. It was so cold in there the kids had difficulty sleeping if we used the air. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. It looked to be an older hotel, but didn’t feel dirty.

Disliked: Not enough options for the family that don’t eat meatFound some hairs in the towels- but it just reminded me of home. Just throughout the hairs and used the towel for the floor. We were always on the go didn’t have time to request more towels
