Liked: All of the staff members I met were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay really pleasant. Special shout out to Brandy for being particularly kind.

It was really a disappointment....

Disliked: The rooms smelt of mold the faucets weren’t working there was no headboard.

Disliked: The facility is in extremely poor condition. Maintence people clearly have little skill. The bartender like to pad your bill with extra drinks and it's not an accident. Systems are slow, or staff don't know how to use them. The staff are a complete joke... slow, inefficient, rude, and spend all their time on their cell phones

Disliked: Couldn’t sleep all night people banging on the conjoining door at 1 AM and at all hours of the night. Kids screaming all night and slipping dirty paper plates under the conjoining door. When I reported it, they said there was not much they can do.

Liked: I liked the variety of pools and jacuzzis.
Disliked: I did not like that some of the smaller pools were dirty. I could see trash in the water. Need to clean more frequently.

Disliked: Too many kids in the hot tubs at one time. Too much noise from people upstairs. Too many kids running all over the hotel
