Worst experience ever.

Liked: Nothing. We decided to leave right away because the property, area and the rooms in particular are a complete mess. Dirt, smell. Nothing was properly cleaned. One of the rooms with carpet floor were so stinky and dark, that no sane person would stay even for one night. We left the room keys on the desk and left without spending the night.
Disliked: Stay away! The photos and hotel description do not match the reality. I honestly dont understand why booking keeps this hotel listed. We feel tricked and wasted 400 bucks for 2 rooms (for one night). Dont let the nice photos and partially good reviews trick you, just stay away.

With a mixed view I...

Liked: I liked the view and balcony. The help were polite. The Pools were ok but crowded sometimes and wish other small pool had jets
Disliked: Late night party and noise from pool area some at 1-2 am. We had a hard time sleeping and did not get good rest. It seems pool hours were not well enforced. We complained multiple times and so did neighbor but exceptionally bad group came in below our balcony at around 1am with loud boom box and non guest rough looking snd foul mouth gang like individuals playing in the kid pool. We felt unsafe and almost called police but some other guests must have complained and maybe security. This was not a safe place for children. I suspect more than one guest were concerned. Maintenance on the parking lot was unconvenient but not a big deal.

Liked: Food, drinks and the water all in one location. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive which means less stress.
Disliked: It is an older place and needs some repairs. Pipe running across the sidewalk was a hazard. Many tears in fabrics and big cracks in walkways. Doors need to be better reinforced for safety. We used a chair to block ours while sleeping.

Rooms are dirty and place needs a renovation

Liked: I was really looking forward to the pools and although they were not the cleanest they were very warm and relaxing in the evening when the crowds were gone.
Disliked: The staff that worked at the desk were very rude and unprofessional. The rooms were extremely dirty with old smelly, stained carpet and even blood on the curtains. The room smelled sooo bad. The safety lock on the front door was broken and busted to pieces. Looks like the door has been kicked in before. The water pressure was terrible. Outlets didnt work. The WIFI did not work. I dont have anything nice to say about the room other than the bed appeared clean and comfortable.
