Perfect location & property for...

Liked: The location was a few minutes walk from downtown Palm Springs but far enough away that you couldn't hear downtown Palm Springs. It was peaceful and serene.The property is 21+ so it was quiet.The room had a kitchenette and was large and spacious.The pool was nice and the whole property was kept clean. It is surrounded by a gate so it also felt very safe!
Disliked: It took awhile for the room to cool down but did eventually cool off.There was a humming noise that would randomly start and stop, never found out what it was.The shower was small but the water pressure was great!The bed was squeaky but overall good.

Fun to stay in old...

Liked: Great location near the old Tennis club and Spencer’s restaurant. 5 minute walk to Palm Canyon Drive. Room 13 had a small functional kitchen which was handy. Coffee, soft drinks, ice, snacks and water all provided. Outdoor bbq’s on pool deck.
Disliked: Rooms are tired, facility is tired. Hot tub not operational. Internet very spotty, could not be relied on if you had work to do.

Liked: Relaxing pool atmosphere. Close walk to many restaurants. Housekeeping staff were top notch!
Disliked: Jacuzzi did not work and had been inoperable for about 2 years. They should not advertise as having one.

Liked: Loved the location so close to the mountains. We saw big horned sheep every morning grazing on the mountainside. Loved the fountain outside our slider where birds all gathered to drink and bathe. The secure gate around the property and the privacy was an added plus. Great heated pool and cushioned chaise lounges in sun and shade. Our suite was roomy , clean, quiet, adequately stocked kitchen and keurig coffeemaker was appreciated.
Disliked: The only issue was we hoped the soap and shampoo was better quality and quantity. The handsoap was watered down and not adequate. I ended up buying soap and shampoo.

Liked: Great location in the heart of Palm Springs. Close to everything and walkable to Palm Canyon. Cute vintage feel.
