A place to sleep for...

Liked: Close to the airport, good price
Disliked: No reception staff on duty early in the morning ( 7am )The toilet seat was for a much bigger toilet and was uncomfortable.There’s no proper light on the bathroom mirror so shaving was difficult

Liked: Location and affordable and very well kept and staff were great
Disliked: I asked for extra pillows but I think they forgot But hey everyone is human

Good

Liked: It was basic , I had everything I needed. I only stayed one night as I flew in late to stansted Airport and had to travel to work the next day . The man on the desk was friendly and really helpful. I booked a shuttle to the airport next day it left on time . There's towels, soap and shampoo, tea, coffee a kettle ect .
Disliked: There wasn't really anything I didn't like , I did get woken by people arriving late but that's not the fault of the hotel

Liked: A lovely hotel with efficient staff, room was clean and the restaurant and bar area was inviting and comfortable. NA
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Great value

Liked: Convenient for the airport. Good for parking while we were abroad
Disliked: Decor and food not brilliant

Poor

Liked: Staff who checked me in.
Disliked: You had to pay for parking even as a resident. The room was rundown. Despite for a refurbishment. Old fashioned. The shower tray was cracked the sink was broken. All the furniture had seen better days.

Flying Visit

Liked: Location excellent. Room spacious and comfy.
Disliked: Needs better aircon solution.
