Overall good stay.

Liked: The room was cosy and the hotel's interior quite beautiful.
Disliked: Outside noise, for example, street sweeping machine very early in the morning, passing several times at 6h and then other lorries passing by. Maybe the windows should be more noise insulating. Noticed some dirt spots in the room, which I didn't expect in this kind of hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice, but mind you that they start taking it away at 9h50 as you are still having your breakfast, so it makes you feel redundant amidst the personnel going to and fro.During the check-out the guy at the reception didn't even bother to ask if we had a good stay.

Liked: Perfect central location directly on bar road and walking distance everywhere - Old town, parks, malls, river promenade, restaurants, barsStaff made sure we got breakfast package on our last day at 5am when leaving early morning for a flightExcellent tasty breakfast, grilled salmon, lots of fresh fruit, luxurious atmosfereSpa included, very nice design and peaceful wellness area with comfy bedsFree beer and water at minibar in roomComfy bed!
Disliked: At the spa the steam room was out of order with no noticeShower not really cold enough after saunaRoom not very spacious

Lovely hotel, couple of small...

Liked: Breakfast was fine - lots of variety.
Disliked: Power points in the room were a bit iffy. No kettle or decaf

Excellent location and helpful staff

Liked: Property is very central and the historical artefacts around the hotel are very interesting. The spa is excellent
Disliked: The restaurant and bar are joined to but not owned by the hotel. I feel it could do with a relaxing lounge to grasp a light snack and a drink in comfort during the day
