Liked: Excellent location. Rooms/appartments are large. Free water and beers in the fridge. Air conditioning. Double Glazing. Good water pressure. Good Wifi.
Disliked: Cleaning simply does not happen. Stayed a week, the place had not been hoovered when I entered, it did not get hoovered the whole week. Booked a room with a courtyard view and a dish washer: I was given a room with a street view (very noisy) and no dishwasher (despite the description). Matress and pillows were too soft to be any use.This is s shame...I had good memories of this property.

Disliked: We booked a room which consider enough for family with two kids not adults, as we reach they said not allowed and they forced us for bigger apartment. The apartment was same as our first selection only they have extra bed which we do not need as they mentioned the sofa can be bed and in the room it was only sofa. I believe nothing is clear to you.

Amazing hotel, simply stunning.

Liked: Amazing spacious and beautiful room. Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Free coffee and water (and two free beers in the room)! Location is also fantastic, near to the museums, opera and Musikverein. The underground and trams are 1 minute walk away.
