Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The family room was not organised well.The parents bed is in the main room with no privacy and the 3 beds for the children were in the inner room. This was very uncomfortable for us.

Exceptional

Liked: A hotel with a high level of good service. With them in beforehand having the knowledge of an allergy one in our group had - a handwritten card awaits us in the hotel room with a tip of a restaurant that could be a good choice with that in mind. We all enjoyed their breakfast and their courtyard where we relaxed after a day of exploring Wien. If I visit Wien again it will be a choice again.

Great hotel, wonderful stay!

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We were surprised with the quality and would happily stay here again in the future. Breakfast was really good, and it's fun to look around in various rooms :) Also, the location was perfect for our needs - close to both the Ernst Happel Stadium and the city center.

Liked: Very good location close to Prater Park. It was really quiet during the night even with the windows open. Breakfast was ok. Room was rather big
Disliked: Beds were extremely hard and there was dusty smell in the room
