Exceptional

Liked: Nice, peaceful and a very clean Hotel!We had an incredible stay. Very friendly and pleasant people in the staff, especially the Polish girl at front desk (don't remember her name, sorry)Value for money and wonderful useful location, not far from the center, walking distance to the nearest metro station, 2 stations up and you are there, in the heart of Vienna. Very comfortable and 30-35 minutes drive to the airport.Nicely located, everything in the vicinity or not far from the hotel.Thank you Guys!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more vegetarian friendly :)

Liked: A small yet stylish hotel. Everything was lovely. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our child received a small surprise upon arrival and even I was surprised with a small gift on my birthday.
Disliked: I guess the only thing would be location although it’s well connected to public transportation and the city center is only a few stops away

Comfortable and well located but...

Liked: Beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, high quality bathroom fittings. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold food including a selection of spreads and breads, vegetarians are catered for.
Disliked: As a non-smoker (never) I found the omnipresent odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel very unpleasant. This was despite the hotel’s instructions to smokers to smoke outside. The smell of smoke was even in my bedroom. About 10 steps to the reception area but staff were helpful getting my suitcases up those steps. A gym or other exercise room would be nice.

Disliked: Room was great but we could not find a place for our luggages. no seat for luggages, as a family we travel with large luggages and could not find a place to open them. It was hard to close them everytime after using and putting them somewhere out of the way.
