Liked: Breakfast buffet was excellent. And the bar was open and champagne and cranberry was available. Pool was wonderful and clean. Linens and bedding were very nice. Whole experience was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing . It was excellent.

Clean and comfortable

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The beds were comfortable, and while the hotel was at capacity, it did not feel crowded. I would definitely recommend this location.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Liked: Hotel was clean. Bar and restaurant was good. Staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests.
Disliked: At check-in, the room that I received (king room) was different than what was booked (two queen room). Apparently a problem between Booking.com and the hotel. Several other guests had the same problem. The hotel staff did everything in their power to accommodate us, but it meant we had to purchase another room for the first two nights of our stay. They were sold out of rooms with two queen beds.

Excellent Customer service

Liked: Breakfast was provided for the Sparkler Softball players. It was located in a large conference room separate from the other guests. It was really good and the customer service was excellent!
