Liked: Location was good. They have a complicated billing system. Though I paid for breakfast while booking, They again charged. Though they assured it will be reversed, there was an extra charge 2 days after we vacated. No response to my mails in this regard.
Disliked: Front office should be more competent to atleast deal with credit card issues.

Excellent. Relaxing.

Liked: Able to get a quiet night’s sleep. Super comfortable bed. Filtered water literally on tap. Wonderful ambience in the room, complemented by real and well tended pot plants. There was a lovely area to have breakfast and they made the best gluten free pancakes ever. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As a tea drinker I was delighted to be provided with a kettle!
Disliked: The only issue was related to streaming movies from my phone to the tv. The hotel sent someone up to help but the issue remained unresolved. So no movie watching on the TV which we would have enjoyed.

Excellent stay with wonderful staff....

Liked: Had a wonderful stay! The property was recently fully remodeled. Was very clean and pretty. Staffs were all accommodating and so helpful. Would definitely stay again when I am in town ! Did I mentioned that everyone there went above and beyond for us to make us feel at home and welcomed.

Optimal location, nice rooms but...

Liked: Great central location for a couple of days in Seattle.
Disliked: The hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of complimentary services that you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
