Liked: Stayed here after being homeless sofa surfing for a month, my son wanted to come here to use the pool but it’s having matanance and I wanted to come here to use the steam room but that was broken too I wasn’t told about them not working before I stayed and payed
Disliked: The swimming pool and steam room was broken that’s why we chose to stay at this one to use the pool and steam room we could of booked a hotel for half the price with out the hotel and pool

Decent stay for one night

Liked: clean room and comfortable bed. Shower and toiletries were good. Bar area convenient and comfortable. Breakfast - decent selection
Disliked: Toilet flush was very very weak - needs repairNo air conditioning in the room - quite hotPoor lighting in the room - whilst great mirrors if you don't have the light is difficult to do things like shave or apply make up

Good location, but extremely overpriced...

Liked: Location was good for what I needed.
Disliked: The property was very dated, poorly decorated (paint peeling, blind falling down in the room), staff were ok but extremely rushed and therefore weren’t able to deliver high standards as a result. Power kept failing so ordering at the bar was hard. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Honestly better standards at a premier inn, and definitely better priced.

Liked: Lovely place and people didn’t have brekkie or use leisure facilities run out of time
Disliked: Room 44 needs painting re the woodwork areas

Nice hotel with comfy rooms

Liked: Very comfy rooms. Great curry and excellent breakfast choice.
Disliked: The pool is good but facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade.
