Lovely junior suite

Liked: The Junior Suite was lovely. Lots of space, nicely decorated. Love the bath.
Disliked: No upgraded tea or coffee as described. A coffee machine would have been lovely.

Disliked: Dirty room , no hot water. Towel rail leaking very slippery floor. Nearly broke my neck! Checked out early as so dissatisfied

Best hotel we’ve stayed at...

Liked: Best hotel we’ve stayed at in the UK. Our room was massive - it had a walk in closet!!staff were nice, great pool. We didn’t have food there but will definitely book breakfast next time. Will definitely visit again.
Disliked: Nothing, was great.

This is not 4 star...

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The room was dirty. The headboard was filthy and both the chairs were dirty. The blind had a bogey or a bit of food on. The chain to open and close it was broken and got stuck closed. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The brackets for the shower chair were so rusty. Carpet had marks on it. It was that dirty I covered the TV remote in a bag before touching it. The bathroom door was disgusting. The shower was pathetic.
